Volodymyr Grabinski stands as one of the foremost junior chess trainers in the world. Based in Lviv, Ukraine, his expertise extends far beyond his home country, boasting significant international experience, including his role as the National Junior Trainer in the UAE. An International Master (IM) himself, Grabinski has authored several highly acclaimed methodological books on chess training.

Grabinski's impact on the chess world is profound, having trained twelve of his students to become International Grandmasters (IGMs) at a young age. These accomplished players include Andrei Volokitin, Yuriy Kryvoruchko, Martyn Kravtsiv, Yaroslav Zherebukh, Yuri Vovk, Andriy Vovk, Mikhailo Oleksienko, Nataliya Buksa, Vita Kryvoruchko, Myroslava Hrabinska, and Kateryna Matseyko.

Many of his protégés have achieved remarkable success, securing victories in Olympiads and earning medals in European Individual Championships. In recognition of his exceptional contributions to chess training, Grabinski was honored with the title of FIDE Senior Trainer in 2009.
